We've been listening to you, our valued customers. Fair Supply is launching a new, unified platform with improvements that reflect feedback we've heard directly from you, and we're excited to walk you through what's changed.

The New Fair Supply brings Supply Chain Assessment, Spotlight, Analyst and SAQs together into a single, unified operating environment. You’ll no longer have to switch between modules, reconcile spreadsheets or piece together a picture of risk manually. Risk signals now flow directly into structured supplier assessments, measurable engagement and defensible reporting, all in one place.

This session will demonstrate the full end-to-end experience, including the biggest structural update in this release: the new Controls and Tests framework. With weighted scoring across defined mitigation pillars, you can now assess and compare supplier responses in a consistent, measurable way, quantifying residual risk with the clarity Boards and regulators expect.

We'll also walk through the quality-of-life improvements many of you asked for, such as the ability to issue multiple SAQs to a single supplier, cleaner status visibility, better activity tracking, consolidated dashboards and embedded audit trails. These changes are designed to reduce administrative effort and ensure procurement, ESG and compliance leaders can brief executives, Boards and risk committees with structured, defensible insight, so that when you're asked "How do we know?", you will have a clear answer.

What we'll cover:

  • Identify: Consolidated supply chain risk visibility across your supplier base
  • Assess: Integrated screening, deep research and entity insights in one connected workflow
  • Engage: Engagement, Engagement Insights, and the new Controls and Tests framework for structured, comparable supplier assessment
  • Report: Real-time dashboards, embedded audit trails and streamlined reporting outputs

Who this is for:

Existing Fair Supply customers across procurement, sustainability, legal and risk functions who want to streamline workflows, strengthen governance and produce defensible reporting for internal and external audiences.
