Modern Slavery Statements ask reporting entities to identify risks across their operations and supply chains, describe the actions taken to assess and address them, and explain how effectiveness is evaluated. Risk identification should not be limited to direct (Tier 1) suppliers, since risk is often several tiers removed and concentrated in raw material harvesting and labour-intensive processing that take place in high-risk sectors and geographies. These are the areas of exposure that organisations don't have a direct line of sight to.

This session looks at how Fair Supply helps organisations build the evidence base to close that gap. We'll walk through the methodology and data sets that Fair Supply’s supply chain assessment platform is built on. We'll also show how supply chain modelling maps risk across multiple tiers, helping you identify exactly where in your supply chain risk concentrates.

We'll then explore Analyst, Fair Supply's deep-dive desktop assessment tool, which brings a supplier's operations, tiered supply chain exposure, regulatory compliance, and reported issues together into one evidence-rich report.

Join Fair Supply CPTO Ben Henderson and Head of Customer Success Liam Brizee for a practical look at how this rigour can support your compliance reporting obligations.

What we’ll cover:

  • How Fair Supply models risk across complex, multi-tiered supply chains
  • The data sets and sources that Fair Supply draws on
  • How Fair Supply’s agentic AI tooling helps organisations conduct reliable and comprehensive desktop supplier risk research in a matter of minutes
  • How to create defensible records to support reporting, tenders, and regulatory scrutiny

Who should attend
Procurement and category leaders; legal, risk and compliance leaders and ESG and sustainability practitioners responsible for supply chain risk management.
