For Group 2 entities with a 30 June year-end, the first ASRS reporting period started on 1 July 2026. Join Fair Supply Co-Founder and CEO Kimberly Randle for a practical look at how to plan, build and govern your first sustainability report under new regulatory requirements.

‍

AASB S2 sets out what Sustainability reports must contain, including: how climate-related risks and opportunities are governed, how they affect strategy and resilience, how they are identified and managed, and the metrics and targets used to track progress, including greenhouse gas emissions.

‍

Each of these pieces relies on input from across the organisation, including the board, finance, risk, sustainability and procurement. Directors must also sign a declaration on the report, so the process behind it needs to be as robust as the disclosures themselves.

‍

This session looks at what goes into a sustainability report, where organisations commonly find gaps, and how to prepare with confidence. It also covers how Fair Supply supports organisations across the ASRS reporting cycle, from emissions measurement through to disclosure.

‍

What we’ll cover:

  • The core components of an ASRS sustainability report
  • How to set up the governance, ownership and data processes behind the report
  • Common challenges in preparing a first report, and how to address them
  • How Fair Supply supports Group 2 entities across the ASRS reporting cycle

‍

Who should attend
Directors and company secretaries; CFOs and finance leaders; and risk, sustainability and ESG leaders at organisations in scope for Group 2.
