Kimberly has over 15 years experience working in law and human rights for top tier firms in Australia and the United States, previously holding the role of Senior Director of Corporate and Legal for International Justice Mission Australia. Kimberly is a sought-after expert and speaker in the field of modern slavery and has been called upon to provide evidence for both the NSW and Commonwealth Parliamentary Inquiries into Human Trafficking. Kim received her Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University.
Rong Fan
Of Counsel, K&L Gates Shanghai
Rong is Of Counsel in K&L Gates’ Shanghai office. His practice covers cross-border M&A, EIR, healthcare, maritime, foreign direct investment and People’s Republic of China (PRC) regulatory compliance, equity capital markets, mining and resources/outbound work, and the healthcare industry. He has been practising in the greater China region for nearly 20 years. Rong advises multinationals operating in China, particularly on PRC law compliance matters.

Ben received his Bachelor of Law and Commerce from the University of Western Australia and completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law. He is admitted to the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Western Australia. Ben has had the privilege of working with Fair Supply on a variety of matters over several years.
