Kimberly is a sought-after expert and speaker in the field of modern slavery and has been called upon to provide evidence for both the NSW and Commonwealth Parliamentary Inquiries into Human Trafficking. Kim received her Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University.
Alanna Fitzpatrick

Alanna is an experienced employment and workplace health & safety (WHS) lawyer at the global law firm K&L Gates. Her experience includes a wide range of matters including contractual arrangements and ESG compliance, harassment, employment and termination matters, psychosocial hazards and safety issues arising from out-of-hours conduct, and providing general employment law advice. She is admitted to both the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland and received her Bachelor of Law (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology. Alanna has been recognised as a leading lawyer in employment and WHS by industry guides and publications such as The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Best Lawyers in AustraliaTM, and Doyle's Guide.
