Kimberly has over 15 years experience working in law and human rights for top tier firms in Australia and the United States, previously holding the role of Senior Director of Corporate and Legal for International Justice Mission Australia. Kimberly is a sought-after expert and speaker in the field of modern slavery and has been called upon to provide evidence for both the NSW and Commonwealth Parliamentary Inquiries into Human Trafficking. Kim received her Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University.

Dr Arne Geschke is the Chief Technology Officer and contributes over ten years of experience working in in-depth supply-chain assessment and economic modelling. Arne is a leading expert in the field of large-scale global environmental-economic supply-chain assessments and input-output analysis with a focus on environmental applications such as carbon accounting and energy policy. He has been instrumental in developing detailed global supply-chain databases and Fair Supply’s underlying mathematical framework. He previously worked for BMW and GM in mathematical engine simulation before beginning his academic career in Australia. Having developed his skill set in the academic and professional worlds alike, Arne bridges the gap between cutting-edge methodological advancements in supply-chain analysis and applicability in an enterprise environment. Arne holds a PhD in Environmental Impact Analysis and Economic Modelling from The University of Sydney, prior to which he completed a Master of Industrial Mathematics at the University of Hamburg, Germany and the University of Bath, UK.

Melinda has worked across operations and governance focussed roles for the past 15 years. Melinda led operations for the Australian chapter of International Justice Mission, the world’s largest anti-slavery organisation, and has worked in governance, operations and EDI strategy at University of New South Wales (UNSW). Melinda also led projects at SupplyNation, the peak body supporting Australian-based corporations to improve supplier diversity and operationalise their social impact commitments through increasing procurement with Indigenous businesses. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Business in International Business from Queensland University of Technology.

Tom has enjoyed a diverse career across industries that have spanned Telco, Media and the Governance, Risk & Compliance SaaS sector in Australia as well as Hong Kong and London.
The thread that ties his career together is clear: building successful sales go-to-market teams and leading people in dynamic growth environments. Tom spent 12 years at Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal, where he began in Sydney managing the Australia/NZ business. He then took on responsibility for leading Asia Pacific, based in HK and five years later, was promoted to global head of sales, based in London, leading a team of 230 across 37 offices around the world.
Tom left Dow Jones to seek a new challenge, moving to energy information vendor Wood Mackenzie in a transformational executive leadership role. Most recently, Tom spent 18 months as Chief Revenue Officer for Janison, an ASX-listed Edu-tech company scaling beyond Australia, where Tom played a key role in Janison’s international expansion and continued growth.

While a relative newcomer to ESG, Ben has nearly 20 years of experience building startups and products loved by people and organisations around the globe in a broad range of industries. As partner at independent design consultancy Future Friendly (formerly Mentally Friendly) he led the product strategy on a number of initiatives for purpose led customers like The Guardian, helping launch their community journalism platform ‘Witness’. From there he has led product & design teams at growth SaaS organisations such as Campaign Monitor and Help Scout. Most recently Ben was VP of Product at Australian startup success story A Cloud Guru which was acquired by US Enterprise Ed-Tech platform Pluralsight and has since gone on to lead the Cloud, Cybersecurity and Data technology & content teams across the globe as Senior Vice-President of Domains.
Along the way Ben has co-founded a number of startups, been a contributor, supporter, investor and advisor to a number of Australian startups and communities. He’s been running global teams from Australia since before it was cool, and is a massive proponent of remote teams and the future of work.

She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Edinburgh, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. She also holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and Finance from the University of Strathclyde.

Prior to working with FairSupply, Andrew spent four years as marketing and communications lead as part of the team that launched International Justice Mission, the world’s largest anti-slavery organisation, in Australia. Before that he worked for over ten years in international development in Central Asia. Andrew received his Bachelor of Political Economy from the University of Sydney and his Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary.

Amanda is an environmental scientist with over 30 years’ experience in the corporate world. Her PhD researched the impact of global consumption on biodiversity loss. Her career ‘before research’ included 25 years at Procter & Gamble where she held leadership roles across Sales and HR, based in Sydney and Singapore. Her business acumen and expertise in governance, organisational effectiveness, and culture change supported multiple business units through times of significant change. She returned to university studies to follow her passion for nature conservation and now enjoys connecting that passion back into the corporate world. Amanda attained a Master of Sustainability and her PhD from the University of Sydney.

Laurence has project management experience assisting companies to achieve best practice on their sustainability journeys, and with corporates social responsibility. He specialises in sustainability and ESG strategy, materiality, framework alignment, and public market disclosures. Laurence has cultivated long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. He has developed targeted sales strategies, consistently delivering revenue growth and collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor comprehensive solutions.
His experience includes identifying and addressing gaps in ESG practices, leading educational sessions, and delivering customised reports on investor ESG trends. He has advised and executed materiality assessments for ASX200 companies, performed gap analysis across ESG frameworks, and coordinated with stakeholders to establish group strategy and direction.
Laurence has project managed the development of sustainability reports and disclosures in line with GRI, TCFD, and SASB frameworks. In his previous role in the sustainable packaging industry, he oversaw ESG projects across various sectors and conducted supply chain carbon emission inventories for the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). He has also helped global brands such as Diageo and Pernod Ricard manage supply chain risks through the Social Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX).

Mandy attained a PhD in Environmental Engineering at UNSW Sydney and studied a Masters in Environmental Engineering and Industrial Ecology at The University of Hong Kong, HK SAR and Leiden University, The Netherlands respectively.

Previously Kate spent six years at QIC, most recently as General Manager, Responsible Investment, where she was responsible for driving QIC’s sustainability strategy and supporting the integration of ESG factors into investment decision-making.
During her time at QIC Kate led the elevation of ESG as a strategic pillar for the business and established organisation-wide accountability through supporting the functioning of a Sustainability Advisory Committee. Kate built a high performing central Responsible Investment team working across the business developing an organisation wide net zero emissions strategy, key sustainability disclosures and a highly critical ESG data strategy.
Prior to this Kate worked at QSuper for nine years and led the development of the Fund’s ESG approach and implementation framework. Kate is an active contributor to the investor ESG conversation in Australia and previously held the role of chair of the Investor Group on Climate Change’s (IGCC) Physical Risk & Resilience Working Group. Kate participated in the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative Technical Working Group in 2019-2020 which led to the publication of Australia’s Sustainable Finance Roadmap.
Kate holds a BA (Hons) in English from Goldsmiths College, University of London, a Master of Journalism from the University of Queensland, has undertaken studies in Applied Finance through Kaplan and is currently completing a Blended Certificate, Chief Sustainability Officer through MIT Professional Education.

Originally an international legal policy advisor on transnational crime for the Australian Attorney-General's Department, she went on to pass the California Bar Exam and then worked as an attorney in a startup-focused law firm with an emphasis on data privacy. She has worked at the intersection of law, tech and policy in private practice, with a digital rights organisation, and with the Stanford Center for Internet and Society. Kate has also previously worked for the ILO. Now that she calls the Gold Coast home, in her spare time, Kate likes to bike, read cookbooks and would one day like to work out how to stand up paddle surf.

His career started in parallel computing, performing compute intensive tasks with graphical processing units and HPCs. He then developed solutions for CRCs across Australia and critical health systems for cancer, diabetes, and tuberculosis patients at Australia’s leading hospitals. He was introduced to input-output analysis at UNSW and has now developed a SaaS platform that solves the complex challenges of a global supply chain. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Gaming and Programming from RMIT.

Sandy is a software engineer with over 20 years of experience in application development and data analysis.
Sandy has considerable skill in agile software delivery and iteration management. As a consultant developer and data scientist at Thoughtworks, he built apps and cloud services for clients across many domains — including retail, superannuation, fintech, mining, and renewable energy. Standout achievements include the delivery of a complete modern data platform for a major retailer and an award-winning 3D architectural visualisation app. Within Thoughtworks, he became renowned for meticulous software design and insightful tweaks to established engineering practices.
He also has tremendous depth in the design and delivery of data analysis tools. At the Victorian Partnership for Advanced Computing (VPAC), Sandy led development of sophisticated engineering tools and web apps: novel physics solvers, ML material analysis models, a continent-scale satellite image processing system, and a comprehensive survey tool for utility management, to name a few.
He has a keen focus on security and engineering practices, and is passionate about building apps with good user experiences.
Sandy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the Australian National University, and a Graduate Certificate in Digital Media from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School.
