The Problem

Manual due diligence research doesn't scale.

Assessing suppliers one at a time is inefficient. Teams either send blanket surveys with low response rates, or focus only on suppliers they suspect. Either way, risk that is buried in deeper tiers may go unchecked. Evidence often sits in disparate spreadsheets, inboxes and folders.
Slow, manual classification
Hours are spent working out what a supplier actually does before any risk can be assessed. Multiply that by a portfolio of thousands.
  • Replaced by automated classification
Effort without focus
Every supplier gets the same attention. High-risk organisations in deeper tiers go unexaminedwhile low-risk direct suppliers take up your team's time.
  • Replaced by Risk-based prioritisation
Disconnected audit trails
Information sits in separate spreadsheets and email threads. When the board or a regulator asks what was done, the evidence has to be reconstructed.
  • Replaced by Automated audit history

The connected workflow

Built to turn due diligence into a repeatable operational process.

All you need is your supplier names and spend data.

Risk screening & Prioritisation

See risk across your whole supply chain in seconds, then prioritise who to focus on.

Fair Supply models the modern slavery risk from Tier 1 down to Tier 10 for each supplier. The heatmap then reorganises the portfolio by share of spend and exposure, so you know who to prioritise first.

  • Automated classification: Reduce manual research and classification work by automatically identifying an organisation’s industry and associated risk.
  • Portfolio-level prioritisation: Identify which suppliers or investments require the most attention, helping teams focus their due diligence effort with clear next steps.

Defensible by design

Due diligence records you can stand behind

Your risk estimates are only as good as the model behind them. Fair Supply runs on multi-regional input-output (MRIO) analysis, a Nobel-prize winning economic method for modelling financial flows and embedded risk across global supply chains.

The data is sourced from over 200 globally recognised organisations including Walk Free, the ILO, the US Department of Labor and UN economic data. It models risk ten tiers deep, into the materials and primary processing a survey never reaches.

Built for a connected market

A database of shared questionnaire responses

Supplier networks overlap constantly. With Fair Supply, a supplier can complete an assessment once and if they opt in, share it with the other organisations that need it.
  • Less supplier fatigue. Fewer repeated forms means suppliers respond faster and with higher-quality answers.
  • Better data across the market. Shared assessments raise coverage across a tightly connected market.
  • Effort where it matters. Direct your team's time to the suppliers and risks of greatest strategic impact.

Real results for real teams

Latrobe Health Services | Private Health Insurance
“Taking back control meant we could create a culture where knowledge and real stories permeate across the organisation. The outputs from Fair Supply confirmed our high-level assumptions, but also gave us greater insight at the individual supplier level which we use to inform a proactive approach to modern slavery risk management."
Simon Tulloch
Chief Risk Officer, Latrobe Health Services
Jemena | Energy Infrastructure
“Fair Supply gives us the supply chain visibility we've been missing. The platform doesn't just show us what's happening at tier one of the supply chain. It reveals where the real risks lie, across modern slavery, emissions, and biodiversity. It's incredibly fit for purpose, and the team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely understands the needs of the infrastructure sector.”
Courtney Joannidis
Group Manager, Fleet & Procurement Governance, Jemena
Ramsay Health Care | Hospitals & Health Care

Ask Our Team

What information do I need to run an individual supplier assessment?

You can run a supplier assessment with just basic details—such as business name, website, or business ID number.

Can I compare multiple suppliers during sourcing or onboarding?

Yes. Fair Supply Analyst enables a side-by-side comparison across multiple suppliers with standardised risk assessments across multiple critical dimensions to inform procurement decisions.

How does Fair Supply assess modern slavery risk for individual suppliers?

Fair Supply Analyst surfaces real-time signals from trusted third-party data sources, public information and allegations alongside data from global macroeconomic modelling to provide a comprehensive view of risk exposure and known issues.

‍

Does Fair Supply cover Scope 1 and 2 emissions as well as Scope 3?

Yes. Alongside our Scope 3 value chain modelling, the platform supports Scope 1 and 2 emissions reporting — covering direct emissions from owned or controlled sources and indirect emissions from purchased electricity, steam, heating and cooling. This gives organisations a single consolidated view across all three scopes for AASB S2, IFRS S2, and GHG Protocol-aligned disclosure, with outputs that integrate with existing carbon accounting platforms where required.

Does Fair Supply offer consulting and advisory services?

Yes. Alongside our supply chain ESG intelligence platform, we provide specialist advisory across two core regulatory domains: modern slavery reporting consulting for organisations meeting their obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), and climate reporting consulting for entities preparing climate-related financial disclosures. Our team maintains current knowledge of IFRS S2 (ISSB), EU CSRD, AASB S2, NZ CS 1 and other emerging frameworks to ensure comprehensive compliance guidance. Engagements range from one-off statement and disclosure preparation through to ongoing advisory retainers, and can be combined with platform access under a single agreement.
